Is it free to join the cash buyers list?
Yes — completely free. No membership fees, no commitments. We only send deals that match the buy box you give us.
How do I get deals — email, text, or both?
Email is the default. Check the optional SMS box if you also want text alerts when a matching deal hits. Consent is separate and never required to join.
What does a deal package include?
Address (or area), beds/baths/sqft, asking price, estimated ARV, repair range, photos when available, and our notes. You still verify everything independently before you offer.
Are you wholesalers or the end buyer?
Big DFW Homes LLC buys and renovates houses ourselves (TREC-licensed). When we have surplus inventory or partner deals, we share them with serious DFW cash buyers on this list. Hot Deals also surfaces vetted off-market opportunities from our AI scan.
How fast do I need to close?
Tell us your typical closing speed in the form. Many of our deals can close in 7–14 days with cash or hard money; longer is fine if you note it.
